Yes, absolutely. We strictly adhere to the original Kubria® crusher design drawings and geometric tolerances during manufacturing. This ensures all critical parts, such as the eccentric bushing, head, mantle, and bowl liner, achieve perfect interchangeability and precise fit.
How do you ensure the metal composition of your parts? Can they meet Kubria® crushing demands?
We use high-specification materials, such as High Manganese Steel (Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn22Cr2) and various alloy steels. All crucial components undergo Spectral Analysis before production to ensure chemical composition accuracy, meeting or exceeding OEM requirements for wear resistance and impact strength.
What is the durability of your wear parts (e.g., Mantles, Bowl Liners)?
Our wear parts are subjected to optimized heat treatment processes to ensure they possess the ideal hardness and toughness. They are designed to deliver a longer service life, helping our customers reduce downtime and operating costs.

1. Coordinate Testing (CMM) to ensure dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerance.
